Caldura mare, 40 de grade, Ale bucatareste de zor cu cuptorul pornit la maxim. Nici ca puteam alege o zi mai buna! Dar Diana (mein Schwester) mi-a facut o pofta teribila de tarta cu rosii si branza. Cum lada de legume a frigiderului era plina ochi de rosii nu am stat mult pe ganduri si m-am pus pe treaba.

Alte retete care m-au facut faimoasa in bucatariile din intreaga lume, puteti gasi si aici.

De ce o impartasesc cu voi aici? Pentru ca a iesit super gustoasa si pentru ca dupa o zi de munca aglomerata si poate obositoare meritati ceva gustos la cina. Mnu?

Luati un pix, o foaie si notati:

Se cantaresc 250g de faina,o jumatate de lingura de sare si 125g de unt. Untul l-am taiat in bucati mai mici si l-am zdrobit cu degetele amestecandu-l in faina. Am adaugat apoi apa de la robinet (aprox. jumatate de cana) pana aluatul s-a inchegat.

L-am dat la frigider pentru 3 ore, dupa care l-am scos si l-am intins intr-o tava unsa cu unt.

Pentru ca aluatul sa nu creasca foarte mult am pus deasupra lui o hartie de copt peste care am presarat fasole.

Totul se da la cuptor incins la 180 grade, timp de 25 de minute.

Pentru compozitia de branza am folosit 300g branza de vaci, o legatura de marar, o cutie de Almette, sare, piper si 3 oua. Am amestecat totul bine, bine intr-un bol.

Am scos aluatul semi-copt si l-am acoperit cu un strat de felii de rosii. Am turnat compozitia de branza si deasupra ei am mai pus un strat de felii de rosii. Am dat totul la cuptor pentru inca 30 de minute.
